We had a baby shower for my cousin yesterday. It was so much fun!! This is what I wore. I will post some more pictures from it later. How was everyone's weekend? It is a short work week...only 4 days :)

Also you might notice that my hair seems a little bit lighter than previous posts. I started using John Frieda Go Blonder Shampoo and Conditioner. It is supposed to gradually lighten your hair and bring it up one shade. I have only used it a few times but I think I notice a difference. I will do a full review soon and let you know the results. Hi Everyone! This is my outfit post today. Happy First Day of Spring...even though it doesn't feel like it. So it looks like I will get to go to a fashion show this week after all. It is fashion show in Paris, Ontario featuring local boutiques. I will take some pics and show you later.

I had to do interviews and call references at work today, which I have never done before so it was kind of exciting. Maybe I will get into human resources now!

So Toronto Fashion week has started now. I'm so sad that I will not be attending. I didn't get tickets soon enough. Although there is still a small chance I will go if I win a contest I entered...so fingers crossed!!!!! Is anyone attending Toronto Fashion Week? What shows will you be attending?

Review: Boscia Little Black Book

I am no expert on make-up but I have tried tons of skin care products so I thought I would share some reviews with you. I'll start out by saying that I have problem skin. I had very bad acne all throughout high school. The acne is a little better now but I have oily skin and large pores.

Thermal Black Cleanser: I love this cleanser. It warms up nicely as you work it into your skin. You only need to use a small amount and it foams up. All positives to say about this product. Nice light smell.

No Pores, No Shine T-Zone Treatment: I have notice a small different in my pore size. It is good to use as a primer before foundation.

Revitalizing Black Hydration Gel: Good for a very light moisturizer. Not good for dry skin or dry patches but excellent for oily skin. Nice light smell.

Luminizing Black Mask: This is an excellent mask. I use it once a week and I think it does a good job at purifying my face.


OVERALL: I would recommend this Little Black Book. It may seem a little pricy for the small bottles but a little goes a long way. The products have lasted me well.

Target in Canada!

Check out where I was this weekend!! Target has finally opened in Canada. We went on Saturday. I didn't end up buying anything though. The crowds were absolutely crazy and I don't think they had everything fully set up (unless it was already picked over). Overall I am excited to check it out again in a couple weeks, once the crowds die down and all of the product is out.

Leather Collar

This is the outfit I wore on Friday. The pics are taken at Brock University. My boyfriend and I spent some time there Friday to work on some assignments. The tunic is from H&M (this year). It is potentially still available in some stores. The tights are from a store in Canada called TAG. I hope everyone had a great weekend.
