No Pants!!

It was beautiful weather this weekend so I was able to wear some summer pieces again!!! I wore this dress from H&M but then I had the sweater to put on if I got cold. I really like this oversized dress but people are confused about the style...Sunny asked me where my pants were lol!!! I like wearing it as a dress and I think it looks cool.

What do you think? Would you wear this as a dress or more as a tunic with tights or jeans?

Marilyn Monroe Buildings

Can you believe the weather we have been getting? It is so cold in Ontario (especially in the mornings and evenings). It feels like fall is here already. I love fall and everything but I still want some nice summer weather. Oh well, it is supposed to warm up this weekend, which is perfect timing because I will be enjoying some cottage life!

This is an outfit I wore to do some shopping and roam around downtown Toronto. These particular pictures were taken in downtown Mississauga. Aren't the buildings in the background amazing??? They are the Marilyn Monroe Condos and they have the best curves. What do you think?

As for my outfit, if you have been following my blog you have probably seen similar outfits to this one. It is one of my favorite looks this summer - a simple dress with a vest over top. I will probably wear it into fall too because it would look cute with nice ankle boots.

Beaches Jazz Festival - Part 1

It was the Beaches Jazz Festival in Toronto this weekend and it was awesome. They close a portion of Queen Street and musicians play on different street corners. This is one of the outfits I wore. It was a little bit chilly so I am glad I had the long sleeve shirt to put on. I am really loving graphic tees, especially muscle tees. I am also loving high-waisted shorts right now but they have to be styled the "right" way lol. What are some of your favourite festival outfits?

Good Morning!

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. This is the outfit I wore to work on Friday. It is perfect for the office on a casual Friday. I really like the colours in the top and the ruffles across the front. Also if anyone is looking for a stylish work pants, these Joe Fresh ones are great. They come in different colours and I love that they are slim fit. I'll be back tomorrow with another outfit.

Geometric Printed Dress

Hi Everyone! Here is a new outfit post. This is what I wore to work the other day. It is a simple, light dress that is perfect for summer and the office. The dress is from Giant Tiger, the jacket is from Forever 21 and the shoes are from Ardene. All of pieces are affordable and fashionable. I really like pairing edgy punk-ish pieces with more feminine pieces. I think they balance each other out well (just like this studded jacket and feminine dress). What do you think?

Good Morning!!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. It was beautiful weather here...I just loved it. Sunny and I spent the day in Niagara Falls on Saturday. We saw a show called "Mystic India" and then walked around the city. This is the outfit I wore. I really like the print of the dress. It is from Target and may still be available at some stores. I like wearing simple dresses in the summer. They look very chic and they are easy to wear/style. Have any of you been to Niagara Falls before? They are very beautiful (as you can see from the pic). Punk Look

I'm calling this outfit my punk look. I really like the look. What do you think? The anklet I have on is actually a studded bracelet but I think it looks cool on the ankle. I love this Forever 21 Studded Jacket. I don't think it is available anymore but they definitely have similar ones. It has excellent detail and it is really good quality considering the price. I'm thinking of doing some celebrity look-a-like outfits. Would you be interested in seeing that? There are a lot of different outfits that inspire me so I thought I could recreate them using pieces I have in my closet. Watch for it soon!

Woohoo, It's Friday!!! This is my casual dress down day outfit. Last week I created a similar look on Polyvore seen here. I really wish I had the 'Creme De La Creme' sweatshirt but this is somewhat close. The overall look is still very similar. I don't often wear boyfriend jeans but I am liking them today. Sometimes they feel so baggy since I'm used to the super tight skinnies. Hope everyone has a fabulous Friday!
