I know you have seen me wear similar versions of this outfit before but I like it! It is an easy outfit to put together and it looks nice for casual days. As mentioned before I am constantly wearing this jacket from Giant Tiger. Such a good find at a good price. I am actually going to be doing another fashion segment with Giant Tiger soon. It will be aired on 19 November but I will give you more details before then.

Hi All! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Here is a quick post of an outfit I wore to work. Do you like my bun? I used a pretty cool hair accessory to make it. I will share it in a post soon.

So this week is Toronto World MasterCard Fashion Week. Is anyone attending? I will be attending shows on Thursday and Friday. I am excited but super nervous because it is my first official fashion week! I'll definitely share pics from the shows as well as my outfits. This is a comfortable outfit I wore to school to do some studying. When dressing for school I always keep comfort and style in mind. I want something easy to put on yet still stylish. I am actually only taking one course this year but I want to do really well so I still spend quite a bit of time studying...I guess I'm a nerd lol!

Marilyn Monroe Buildings

Can you believe the weather we have been getting? It is so cold in Ontario (especially in the mornings and evenings). It feels like fall is here already. I love fall and everything but I still want some nice summer weather. Oh well, it is supposed to warm up this weekend, which is perfect timing because I will be enjoying some cottage life!

This is an outfit I wore to do some shopping and roam around downtown Toronto. These particular pictures were taken in downtown Mississauga. Aren't the buildings in the background amazing??? They are the Marilyn Monroe Condos and they have the best curves. What do you think?

As for my outfit, if you have been following my blog you have probably seen similar outfits to this one. It is one of my favorite looks this summer - a simple dress with a vest over top. I will probably wear it into fall too because it would look cute with nice ankle boots.

Scottish Plaid

I represented my roots this weekend by wearing this Scottish plaid shirt around my waist (I'm pretty sure it is close to my tartan lol). These are some pics from Toronto on the weekend. My outfit is simple and casual and perfect to wear around the city. I really like wearing the plaid shirt around my waist because it gives a more laid-back (grunge) look. It is also useful if it gets chilly at night. I will definitely be sporting different versions of this look in the future...even into fall. 

The first pictures were taken at Pearson Airport. We spent some time there Saturday morning watching the planes take-off and land. It is amazing to see...especially when a big plane lands.

P.S. I just love dogs so I was so happy when I got the chance to spend some time with these cute puppies.

Good Morning!

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. This is the outfit I wore to work on Friday. It is perfect for the office on a casual Friday. I really like the colours in the top and the ruffles across the front. Also if anyone is looking for a stylish work pants, these Joe Fresh ones are great. They come in different colours and I love that they are slim fit. I'll be back tomorrow with another outfit.

Woohoo...I love short weeks!! It is already Friday and time to enjoy the weekend. We are going to a festival tonight called "The Villages". It is in my hometown and it is so much fun. All of the cultural communities serve traditional food and show traditional performances throughout the city. I will try to take some pictures at the festival. Does anyone have any exciting plans for the weekend?

Red Brick Part II

Here are some more pics from the outfit I posted yesterday. I really love these jeans. They are coated jeans meant to give a leather look. I went for the rose gold jewelry with the all black. I think it looks nice. I am still getting comfortable posing for the camera. I am trying to do some more natural shots instead of me just standing there. Sunny is really good at telling me how to pose. Hopefully I can be more creative in future posts.

So I test drove a bunch of cars yesterday and I am pretty sure I have narrowed it down to three; Mazda 2, Nissan Juke or Mini Cooper. If anyone has an suggestions please let me know. I am going to make a pros and cons list and make my decision this weekend. I'll let you know what I decide.

Scarf Printed Blouse

Hi Everyone! This scarf printed blouse has been sitting in the back of my closet for a while now, but I'm glad I finally got a chance to wear it. This blazer is one of my favourites. It's from Zara and it is so versatile. I also love that the shoulders are slightly structured and puffed. Hope everyone is having a good week so far.
